Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Franchise Account Manager to grow dealer relationships, identify new opportunities, and increase loan production in your assigned market. This high-energy, consultative field sales role combines relationship management, business development, training, and account growth to build your own portfolio.

You will drive production through in-person visits, presentations, and targeted outreach while educating dealer partners on products, programs, and funding

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, competitive and results-driven.
• Strong relationship builders with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presenting and selling to dealership owners, GMs and senior decision makers.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment.
• Self-starters who can manage their own territory, schedule, and dealer portfolio.
• Persistent and proactive in prospecting for new business.
• Strong problem-solvers with a consultative approach to sales.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel throughout an assigned local market.
• Interested in building a long-term career with significant earning and advancement potential.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners within your territory.
• Develop new business by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to identify opportunities to increase loan volume and improve performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial’s products, programs, processes, and funding requirements.
• Conduct regular in-person dealer visits and phone communication to strengthen relationships and drive production.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals communicating Westlake Financial’s offerings to dealership management.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities from field activity and business development.
• Provide financing solutions including restructuring vehicle loans while balancing needs of dealership, customer, and Westlake.
• Educate dealer partners on documentation to ensure accurate submission and funding.
