Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners within the territory.
• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to increase loan volume and performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial products and processes.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and calls to drive production.
• Deliver presentations and proposals communicating products and value.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities from field activity.
• Provide financing solutions balancing dealer, customer and Westlake needs.
• Educate partners on documentation and verification for submissions.
• Monitor account performance to improve production and profitability.
• Stay updated on products, tools, trends, and competitors.
• Participate in meetings, seminars, and marketing events.
• Represent Westlake professionally and deliver excellent service.
