The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Franchise Leadership - Mainstream to serve as the primary strategic partner between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers across the CCSWB & MS Region. You will translate aligned commercial priorities into bottler-specific operating plans, driving profitable growth, volume, and share while maintaining strong executive relationships.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers leadership teams.
Drive performance across the full Coca-Cola portfolio within Mainstream Bottlers, across all categories and packages.
Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives with clear ownership and adoption.
Coach and support bottler organizations to achieve top-tier execution benchmarks.
Build executive-level relationships and provide strategic input for JBPs and contingency plans.
