Responsibilities

• Execute regional development plans to maximize brand distribution and territory growth.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise deals across territories.
• Coordinate licensing and monitor deal performance.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with development activities.
• Build networks with investment groups and financial institutions to generate deal flow.
• Manage deals through closing and hand-off to asset management.
