Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a senior professional to execute franchise sales and business development strategies across an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales and development quotas, expanding distribution of the brand portfolio, and leading negotiations with key owners and investors to close franchise deals.

You will collaborate with Franchise Administration to ensure proper licensing, while developing short and long-term acquisition strategies aligned with brand growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hotel Management or related field.
• 8-10 years progressive experience in franchise sales and/or development with complex projects.
• 5-7 years managing significant projects in hotel operations or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional franchise sales and development strategies to meet quotas.
• Expand brand portfolio distribution and lead deal processes from prospecting to close.
• Coordinate licensing with Franchise Administration for franchised hotels.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with development activities.
• Build a network of contacts with investors, financial institutions, and asset managers.
• Assess financial viability of applicants using P&Ls and development costs.
