Qualifications

• 8-10 years progressive work related experience in franchise sales and/or development, with 5-7 years managing significant complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional development plans to maximize distribution and grow shareholder value.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise sales deals in assigned territories.
• Coordinate licensing processes with Franchise Administration for franchised hotels.
• Develop short and long-term acquisition strategies aligned with brand growth and profitability.
• Engage investment groups and financial institutions to build a deal network.
• Evaluate financial opportunities and perform market feasibility analysis.
