Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hotel Management or a relevant field.
• 8–10 years in franchise sales and/or development with 5–7 years managing complex projects.
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations market and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional development plans to promote brand distribution and territory growth.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise sales deals with key owners, developers and decision makers.
• Coordinate licensing processes and monitor financial parameters of franchised hotels.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with development activities and timetables.
• Engage investment groups, financial institutions and investors to source deal leads.
• Evaluate financial viability of prospective applicants using P&Ls and market data.
• Close deals and ensure proper hand-off to Asset Management/Owner Relations as appropriate.
