The Coca-Cola Company in Plano, TX is seeking a Director, Franchise Leadership – Mainstream to partner with our bottlers and drive growth across the total beverage portfolio. You will translate strategic priorities into bottler-specific operating plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver volume, revenue, and share goals.

You will build executive-level relationships, shape Joint Business Plans, and develop contingency actions to protect annual delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a CPG organization across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Proven ability to translate annual strategies into territory operating plans and forecast performance.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment with experience in P&Ls, resource prioritization, selling, and negotiation.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and Mainstream Bottlers leadership teams.
• Drive performance across the full Coca-Cola portfolio within Mainstream Bottlers, across all categories and geographies.
• Lead territory deployment of aligned commercial strategies and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships and provide strategic input during JBPs.
