Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Business Consultant to work with franchisees on improving brand standards and profitability. You will analyze financial statements, assist with pricing strategies, and support sales & marketing initiatives to drive growth.

The role involves production management, training programs, and using center management software. Travel up to 50% of the time and participation in company events are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in franchising.
• 5+ years of experience managing an accounting function in a medium or large company.
• Experience in the signage or print industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with franchisees to identify needs and priorities; support their goals.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets and cash flow for franchisees.
• Lead sales and marketing management, including training and managing sales teams.
• Oversee production workflow and center operations.
• Provide training programs and use center management software.
• Visit centers per company guidelines and communicate with Sales/Marketing teams.
• Learn FASTSIGNS products and services; participate in events.
• Coordinate travel within budget and assist with special projects.
