Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years in consulting, advisory, coaching, or running a services-based business/franchise.
• Strong analytic skills for KPI and P&L interpretation.
• Experience working cross-functionally to serve customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coach franchise partners to drive growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to monitor operations.
• Understand Authority Brands tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the primary advisor and trusted partner for franchisees.
• Ensure franchisee compliance with Franchise Agreement.
• Conduct market meetings and share insights with groups.
• Provide guidance on culture alignment with company values.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics.
• Review monthly P&L and YOY revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
