Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to bridge franchisor and franchisee teams, guiding growth and profitability.

You will coach partners, lead regular virtual and onsite check-ins, and develop proficiency with Authority Brands tools to maximize performance across your territory. You’ll analyze P&L and KPIs, advise on systems of business, and drive alignment with Franchise Support Center while supporting culture and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Strong in operational efficiencies, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and assess impact of initiatives.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform as business consultant and coach, building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Establish regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand operations.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brands tools, platforms, and support systems.
• Act as go-to advisor for franchisees in crises and celebrations of success.
• Align franchise needs with FSC functions and ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement.
• Conduct market meetings and guide culture development reflecting company values.
• Deliver franchise territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews.
