Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business/franchise.
• Skilled in operational efficiencies, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and assessing impact of initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary consultant and coach to franchise partners, driving growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand business operations and provide insights.
• Master Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize brand performance.
