Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the main link between the franchisor and franchisees, delivering management, operational and financial support.

You will coach franchise partners, monitor KPIs, conduct territory health diagnostics, and help drive growth while ensuring compliance with Franchise Agreements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as consultant/coach or running a services business.
• Strong in KPIs, data analysis and operational efficiencies.
• Able to interpret P&L statements and assess impact of initiatives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform as business consultant and coach, building trust to influence growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand franchise operations.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go-to advisor for franchisees in good times and crises.
• Prioritize FSC requests and connect with franchisees as needed.
• Advise on Franchise Agreement compliance and help partners stay compliant.
• Conduct market meetings and facilitate franchisee group improvement.
• Guide franchisees on culture alignment with company values.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and monitor KPIs.
• Review monthly P&L and YOY revenue analyses.
