Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. seeks a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees. You will coach partners, monitor operations, and drive profitability through data-driven guidance and trusted advice.

You will travel to franchise locations regularly, supporting growth initiatives and ensuring compliance with Franchise Agreements while leveraging our system of business to help partners achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years in a consulting, advisory, coaching, or services/franchise capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and P&L awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant and coach to franchise partners.
• Maintain regular touch points to monitor operations and provide insights.
• Promote Authority Brands tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Advise on franchise compliance with Franchise Agreement.
• Lead territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews (YOY).
• Travel up to 75% to franchise locations as needed.
• Contribute to franchise growth and profitability through best practices.
