Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to be the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees. You will coach partners, monitor performance, and deliver strategic support across regions and brands.

The role emphasizes relationship building, operational coaching, and financial review to drive growth, profitability, and franchise health while traveling to franchise locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7+ years in consultant/coach roles or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Skilled in operational efficiencies, KPI analysis, and data interpretation.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to meet client needs.
• Must travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform as business consultant and coach to influence growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand operations.
• Master Authority Brands tools, platforms, and support systems.
• Act as trusted advisor to franchisees and coaches within the network.
• Ensure Franchise Agreement compliance and assist with improvements.
• Conduct market meetings and provide culture guidance across territories.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
