Job summary

Authority Brands is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisee, providing management, operational, and financial support through a consultative relationship built on trust.

You will monitor franchise performance, coach on best practices, and drive growth across territories while traveling to franchise locations as needed to ensure alignment with brand standards and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant/coach or running a services-based business.
• Strong analytical and KPI-focused with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to Franchisee locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their franchise
• Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand business operations and provide insights
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance
• Be the go-to advisor for franchisees during crises and celebrations
• Prioritize requests from FSC functions to connect with franchisees
• Advise on Franchise Agreement compliance and support efforts to stay compliant
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to share best practices
• Guide franchisees on culture as an extension of company culture
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics
• Review monthly Profit and Loss statements (YoY revenue)
• Perform other duties as assigned
