Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead regional consultants, drive franchise growth, and ensure strong support from the Franchise Support Center.

You will guide KPI oversight, operational and financial support, and strategic coaching across the region. You will manage a team of coaches, build trust with franchise partners, travel up to 75% to franchise locations, and align initiatives with our Systems of Business to help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–8+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise.
• Managerial and/or team leader experience.
• Strong in operational efficiencies, KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and assess impact of initiatives.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants to support franchise growth and aspirations.
• Act as business consultant and coach, building trust with team and franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Be the go-to person for regional leadership information and guidance.
• Establish regular virtual and onsite touch points to understand franchise operations and provide insights.
• Develop knowledge of Authority Brands tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance.
• Coach team members to be a trusted resource for franchisees in good times and crises.
• Prioritize requests from FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise partners on Franchise Agreement compliance and support compliance efforts.
• Conduct market meetings to benefit groups of franchisees.
• Provide guidance on culture development as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and quarterly reviews including YOY revenue.
• Other duties as assigned.
