Job summary

Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead a regional team of franchise business consultants, ensuring strong support to franchise partners.

You will coach, coach, and connect with franchisees to drive growth and profitability while ensuring adherence to Franchise Agreements and company standards. You will establish regular touchpoints, analyze regional performance, and leverage Authority Brands tools to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8+ years in consulting, advisory, coaching, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Managerial and/or team leadership experience.
• Skilled in operational efficiencies, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants to support franchise growth.
• Coach franchise partners to drive growth and profitability within their franchise.
• Serve as the primary information source for region leadership on franchise operations.
• Deliver regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to monitor partner performance and provide guidance
• Develop knowledge of Authority Brands tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance and trust
