HorsePower Brands LLC in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to serve as trusted advisor to franchisees, providing strategic guidance, performance coaching, and operational support.

You will foster relationships, deliver ongoing training, help franchisees execute business plans, meet sales goals, and maintain brand standards through data-driven insights and hands-on support.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of industry experience in the Roofing Industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for franchisees, ensuring timely, effective communication.
• Coaching & Development: Provide individual support through regular coaching meetings, both virtual and onsite.
• Business Planning & Strategy: Support annual planning, strategic goal setting, and performance tracking.
• Sales & KPI Management: Coach franchisees on the Gametime Sales process and help drive KPI performance.
• Operational Excellence & System Support: Ensure franchisees follow brand standards and utilize system tools effectively.
• Other duties may be assigned
