Job summary

HorsePower Brands LLC is seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator to support franchise development across our portfolio of home services brands. You will be the first point of contact for prospective franchise owner candidates, handling outreach, qualification, scheduling, and data entry in our CRM.

You will coordinate territory checks, support broker communications, and ensure a high-quality experience for candidates, brokers, and internal stakeholders, while collaborating with the Franchise

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales support, customer service or admin role.
• Excellent phone skills for high-volume outreach.
• Clear written communication for territory availability and related info.
• Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound contact with franchise candidates via phone, email, and SMS.
• Coordinate calls between candidates and sales team and manage calendars.
• Maintain candidate records in HubSpot with notes and pipeline updates.
• Track territory requests and outcomes in CRM and other systems.
• Support reporting on outreach, territory checks, and lead metrics.
• Collaborate with Franchise Development team and internal departments.
