This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive, startup‑like mindset. Expect to train franchisees, help with planning, sales goals, and performance analysis while working across teams in a fast‑paced home services environment.

Qualifications

• Requires GED or high school diploma.
• Minimum of two years of roofing industry experience.
• Excellent communication and outgoing personality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a start-up like environment.
• Works independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for franchisees and provide strategic guidance.
• Deliver ongoing training and coaching to drive performance.
• Support annual planning, goal setting, and financial analysis.
• Coach on sales processes and KPI performance.
• Ensure brand standards and system tools usage are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
