Job summary

IHG Hotels seeks a seasoned franchise sales leader to execute development strategies across a designated territory, drive brand growth, and close high-value deals with key owners and developers.

You will lead prospecting, qualification, structuring and negotiation processes, coordinating licensing and financial due diligence while aligning with brand strategy and shareholder value objectives across the region.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in business, real estate, finance, hotel management or related field.
• Strong understanding of franchise sales, development, and deal structuring.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional development plans to maximise distribution and brand growth.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise sales deals with owners, developers and decision makers.
• Coordinate licensing processes and monitor financial parameters of franchise agreements.
• Develop annual business plans aligned with development activities and timetables.
• Build and maintain a network of investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders to generate deal flow.
