Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and deliver framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet targets.
• Oversee inventory and shrink/safety programs and support store operations.
