Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred
• Retail management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet targets
• Review workload and plan sales floor time for networking and sales growth
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs as assigned
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in Talent Development activities
• Support interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members
