Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver on time and with quality.
• Drive custom framing sales and build relationships with customers.
• Assist Store Manager in applying SOPs and company programs.
• Plan workload and schedules to meet KPI targets and frame production.
• Oversee inventory, safety and truck/unload processes as needed.
