Michaels Stores in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Store Framing Lead to guide a team of framers and deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions for customers. You will coach selling behaviors, manage workloads with the Store Manager, and drive framing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include team development, inventory control, safety, onboarding, and participation in performance management.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs.
• Review workload and build plans for networking and sales floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new team members.
