The position involves leading daily operations, ensuring SOP compliance, and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: experience in custom framing.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team performance.
• Review sales and production workload to plan staffing and floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
