Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Führungskraft Framing Supervisor to lead a team of framers and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions for customers. You will coach and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve store framing goals.

The role requires strong leadership, basic computer skills for POS operations, and the ability to manage workload, inventory, and safety programs. Work hours include nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for point-of-sale and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality framing solutions for customers.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance, company programs, and team development.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in inventory, shrink and safety programs and assist with truck unloading as needed.
