Michaels Stores Shoreline store is seeking a Store Lead to coach a framing team and build strong customer relationships through tailored framing solutions. You will drive custom framing sales, plan workload with the Store Manager, and ensure high-quality results on time.

The role requires leadership, basic computer skills, and experience in retail framing. You will participate in staffing, training, and performance management, and may serve as Manager on Duty. Evening and weekend hours apply.

Qualifications

• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with Store Manager.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed to maintain standards.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
