Job summary

The Michaels team in Green Bay, WI is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep shelves organized by following planograms and store recovery standards.

You will also engage customers with the Rewards program, support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and uphold SOPs while treating every shopper with respect.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; manage returns and restocks.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a respectful, positive work environment.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
