Michaels Stores is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-store presentation.

The role supports omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, with cross-training in framing products. Responsibilities include helping customers find products, enrolling shoppers in rewards programs, and upholding SOPs while promoting a positive

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to cross-train in framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising (planograms).
• Maintain store recovery, returns and go-back processes, and in-stock conditions.
• Perform store-in-stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
