Job summary

Michaels in Appleton, WI is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers throughout the store. Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, processing fast and accurate checkout, and engaging shoppers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

You will also assist with BOPIS/SFS, truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
