Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will engage customers with the Rewards program enrollments and support omni-channel tasks in a busy store environment.

You will also participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining planograms while upholding store standards, safety protocols, and consistent service across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Willingness to execute cash handling and operate a POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising; support shrink and safety programs.
