Job summary

The Michaels in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while supporting omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete truck unloading and stock shelves to maintain in-store appearance.
• Process cash register transactions accurately and to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Assist with safety, SOPs, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain stock integrity and shelving, including planograms and store recovery.
