Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Milwaukee store is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to help customers find products and create custom framing solutions. You will assist customers, process framing orders, and maintain a well merchandised, in‑stock store for a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, operating the cash register, supporting truck unloading, and assisting with Omni channel processes while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time and with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and stock replenishment.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
