Job summary

Michaels Stores in Chicago, IL is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and shelf replenishment while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
