Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly demonstrate fragrances. You will support both digital and in-store experiences and help fulfill inventory and display needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Full-time or part-time colleagues are scheduled based on business needs; responsibilities include fragrance demonstrations, training participation, and maintaining orderly stock while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store customers and partnerships for digital and physical channels.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through actual application or tester.
• Coordinate with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory and discrepancies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper stock presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment.
