Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional customer service, sell and demonstrate fragrances, and support department fulfillment. The role includes assisting with stock organization, attending product trainings, and driving sales while delivering a positive customer experience.

Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week with schedule flexibility, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store and assist digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory and inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free work area.
• Follow Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
• Comply with hygiene standards and shortage programs.
• Foster a respectful environment with colleagues and customers, building authentic connections.
