Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance-related sales and demonstrations, while supporting fulfillment and duties as needed. Full-time hours typically exceed 30 per week, with part-time options available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and peers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service across digital and in-store channels.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use to customers.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager on inventory and issues.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work area and adhere to asset protection procedures.
• Follow hygiene standards and shortage control policies.
• Foster an inclusive environment and build authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
