Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting fragrances and related items.
• Demonstrate fragrance usage and explain products to customers.
• Maintain stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Attend product trainings and assist in sales-driving events.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and vendor returns in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection, and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and collaborate with managers as needed.
