Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance sales and demonstrations while contributing to department success. The role includes handling fulfillment and related duties in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for both digital and in-store customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrances using demonstrations or tester cards.
• Collaborate with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Maintain proper stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Support pre-selling and sales driving events.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free work area.
• Follow asset protection and inventory procedures.
• Uphold hygiene standards and shortage programs.
