Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional services by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items while contributing to department success. The role includes fulfillment and other duties as needed.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30+ hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Hours vary by business needs and availability. Welcome to join a dynamic team with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store and satisfy digital and physical customer needs.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through application or card.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure stock presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free work area and follow asset protection procedures.
