ABCO Facility Maintenance seeks a seasoned fractional VP of Sales to shape growth for our B2B SaaS platform serving facilities management. The role is remote with 10–20 hours per month for 6–12 months.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record scaling SaaS revenue and deep industry relationships across PropTech, ConTech, and maintenance software, with the ability to open doors and influence pricing and CRM strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS sales from 0 to multi-million ARR.
• Strong connections in facilities management, PropTech, ConTech, field service, or maintenance software.
• Experience advising on fractional or advisory engagements.
• Comfort selling remotely and defining pricing, packaging, and CRM strategy.
