WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in a remote-first capacity. You’ll administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly closings, and partner with G&A leaders to drive accurate planning and transparent reporting.

Experience in SaaS and strong Excel skills are highly valued. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and the ability to model scenarios that support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Remote-first work mindset and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and data integrity.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, recurring packages.
• G&A Business Partnering: budget vs. actuals analysis, headcount planning, forecasting.
