WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support our finance team, manage Workday Adaptive Insights, and collaborate across HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to improve planning and transparency. This role combines financial systems expertise with strategic forecasting to drive company growth.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of FP&A experience or corporate finance
- Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights
- Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and collaborative cross-functional skills
- Self-starter with ability to plan, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a remote-first workspace
- Prior SaaS experience and familiarity with core SaaS metrics is preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage users and models and troubleshoot issues
- Own financial planning and reporting, including monthly/quarterly close and P&L analysis
- Partner with G&A leaders for budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, and forecasting
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning, plus ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling
