WP Engine is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategy across the Finance team. The role focuses on administering Workday Adaptive Insights, ensuring data integrity, and partnering with G&A stakeholders to drive budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and SaaS experience. This remote-first position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within WP Engine’s global finance organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid GAAP knowledge and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a remote-first environment.
• Prior SaaS experience and understanding of core metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights administration: user mgmt, model maintenance, issue troubleshooting.
• Financial planning & reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; assist board deliverables.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analyses.
• G&A partnering: budget vs actuals, headcount planning, forecasting in Adaptive.
