WP Engine is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and partnerships across G&A in a remote-first environment. You will manage Workday Adaptive Insights, ensure data integrity with core systems, and contribute to monthly closes, budgets, and long-range plans.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with SaaS metrics. This role offers growth in a flexible, distributed team at WP Engine.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Remote-first workspace experience.
• Prior SaaS metrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and issues.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: close processes, P&L commentary, templates.
• GA & Planning Partnering: collaborate with G&A on forecasting and headcount.
• Data integrity: ensure alignment between Workday, NetSuite, and sources.
• Board deliverables and long-range planning support.
