Job summary

WP Engine is a growing tech company seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making across Finance and G&A. You will help manage core reporting processes and partner with cross-functional teams to drive transparency and efficiency across the business.

The role emphasizes administration of Adaptive Insights, monthly/quarterly close, and budgeting and long-range planning in a remote-first workspace. Strong analytical skills and SaaS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights; strong data integrity understanding.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; proficient in financial modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Remote-first environment; self-starter with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Prior SaaS experience and understanding of core SaaS metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights and maintain data integrity.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Own and improve recurring reporting packages and templates.
• Support board deliverables and annual budgeting/long-range planning.
• Partner with G&A leaders on headcount planning and forecast.
• Model scenarios to support growth initiatives.
