Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, partner with G&A leaders, and drive transparency across financial planning processes in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities include monthly closes, board deliverables, and long-range planning, with data integrity as a priority. SaaS metrics and collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and Facilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Insights (power user preferred).
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling proficiency.
• Collaborative, clear communication in cross-functional work.
• Remote-first workspace with ability to plan and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights (40%) including user management and model maintenance.
• Optimize integrations with source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Oversee data integrity and tie-outs between NetSuite, Adaptive, Workday.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close reporting with P&L commentary.
• Own recurring reporting packages and templates; support board deliverables.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning; ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budget vs. actuals and headcount planning.
• Assist forecasting in Adaptive and quarterly planning cycles.
