Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and decision-making as we scale. The role partners with the Finance team and G&A functions to drive transparency and efficiency in planning, reporting, and analytics.

The successful candidate will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, manage monthly closes, and contribute to budgeting and long-range planning in a remote-first, US-wide capacity. Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
• Power user experience with Workday Adaptive Insights.
• GAAP financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Remote-first workspace with self-starter mindset.
• Prior SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Insights Administration: manage users, models, and data integrity; ensure system alignment with source systems.
• Financial Planning & Reporting: monthly/quarterly close, P&L commentary, recurring reports and board deliverables.
• G&A Business Partnering: budget vs. actuals, headcount planning, forecasting with G&A leaders.
